采用MWBS的造船工程多层次多项目计划模型及系统研究

Research on multi-level and multi-project production planning model and system for ship manufacturing based on MWBS

船舶制造企业是典型的大型单件小批制造企业,该类型企业的任务、资源、组织和计划均具有明显的多层次性。然而,由于船舶设计和制造过程的复杂性和多变性,使得造船企业生产计划比一般制造业更为困难。为此,首先提出面向船舶制造业的现代船舶工程分解结构体系,在此基础上构建多层次造船工程计划模型,并研究了多项目资源平衡问题。结合某船舶企业的实际情况,根据多层次生产计划模型,开发了面向船舶制造企业的多项目多层次生产计划与控制系统,对体系和模型的正确性和有效性进行了验证。

Shipbuilding enterprises are national pillar industry,but the research is deficient in the production planning and control for shipbuilding enterprises,resulting in chaotic organization of production and planning.Therefore,modern work breakdown structure system for shipbuilding industry is provided and multi-level production planning model is set up.The problem on multi-project resource balance is studied.Based on a certain shipping company＇s actual situation,according to multi-level production planning model,the shipbuilding integrated production planning management platform is constructed.The implementation results have shown the validity and feasibility of the model.
