摘要
为了提高起落架复杂零件建模的效率和质量,通过对起落架零件进行结构特征分析,提取各个结构特征的主要特点,提出了一种基于知识工程在CATIA V5环境下参数化建模的方法,这种参数化建模方法不仅能完成参数化建模的尺寸驱动和特征驱动,而且还能够进行实时检验设计,提出建议,进行人机对话,是一种非常实用的智能化设计方法。结合起落架关键零件这一实例探讨该方法在产品设计中的具体实现过程。
To improve the efficiency and quality of undercarriage modeling of complex parts,through analyzing the structure characteristics of undercarriage,its structure characteristics are classified,presents a method of modeling in CATIA V5 by parameterization and using Knowledge Engineering(KE),this parametric method not only complete the parametric modeling of the size and characteristics of driving,but also operate real-time examination of the design,put forward some suggestions,also doing man-machine dialogue,it is a very practical method of intelligent design.Combined with the example of the undercarriage key components,and discuss the implementation process of this method in product designing.
