摘要
针对机床无刷直流电动机驱动系统常规PI控制的不足,在推导无刷直流电动机数学模型的基础上,提出将基于比例切换函数的滑模控制应用于电动机调速系统,并进行控制器设计;同时在Matlab/Simulink软件上进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明所提出的滑模控制方法不仅具有较快的动态响应和较好的精度,且有较强的抗负载扰动能力。
In order to solve deficiency of the PI control in Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM)for machine drive system,the ratio of switching function sliding mode control is presented to apply in speed system based mathematical model of BLDCM,and the controller of sliding mode was designed.At the same time,simulation experiments were executed in Matlab/Simulink software,results of simulation experiments show that the proposed sliding mode control method not only have the better accuracy and the fast dynamic response,but also have strong anti-interference ability of load.
