摘要 作为知识管理活动过程的重要环节,知识转移正成为虚拟研发团队构筑竞争优势的关键基础。以虚拟研发团队的动态学习为背景,从知识供给方、知识接收方、团队特征和知识特征等4个方面提出虚拟研发团队知识转移效能影响因素衡量指标及相关假设,通过调查获得研究所需的样本数据,利用结构方程模型(SEM)的分析工具AMOS软件对虚拟研发团队的知识转移的效能状况进行验证,并检验实证资料对研究假设的支持程度。 As an important process of the knowledge management activities, knowledge transfer is becoming the key foundation to build competitive advantage in virtual R & D team. This paper builds a knowledge transfer performance influencing factors model based on the concept of the dynamics learning in virtual team from four aspects of knowledge receiver, knowledge supplier team characteristics and knowledge characteristics. It underlies assumptions, using structural equation modeling (SEM) AMOS software as the analysis tools to verify the effectiveness of the knowledge transfer performance performance status and inspect the support degree between the empirical data and the test hypotheses.
