摘要
在现有文献的基础上,基于社会认知理论,从组织环境层面出发,对企业内部社会网络对知识共享行为的影响机制进行研究,构建一个概念模型。研究发现,企业内部社会网络不仅对知识共享行为产生直接影响,而且还通过影响个体的自我效能和结果预期,进而对知识共享行为产生间接影响。最后,根据该模型,从企业内部网络角度以及个体的自我效能和结果预期方面,提出促进知识共享的相关对策。
On the basis of the existing literature and social cognitive theory, this paper starts from the level of organizational environmerit, researches on the influential mechanism of the internal social networks on knowledge sharing behavior, and constructs a conceptual model. This paper also finds that social networks within the enterprise not only has direct impact on knowledge sharing behavior, but also by influencing the individual' s self-efficacy and outcome expectations, has an indirect effects on knowledge sharing behavior. Finally, according to the model, from the perspective of the internal network and the individual' s self-efficacy and outcome expectations, this paper proposes some measures to promote knowledge sharing.
