Extending ECM-ISC to Mobile Search Users' Continuance Usage:A Theoretical Model

摘要 随着移动互联网的迅速普及,移动搜索已经成为用户信息获取的重要渠道,也逐渐成为用户信息行为研究的新热点。文章以此问题为背景,通过文献综述和理论分析,基于扩展的ECM-ISC得到移动搜索用户持续使用理论模型,以期概括移动搜索用户持续使用行为的微观机理。该模型归纳移动搜索信息系统的系统质量、信息质量、服务质量等外生因素对用户的感知有用性以及期望确认的影响;用户的自我功效等个体特性对其持续使用意图的影响;促成因素等对其持续使用行为的影响;用户的持续使用意图和行为与满意度、用户使用后的感知有用性、期望确认等内生性因素之间的关系,为进一步的实证研究奠定基础。 As the mobile Interact is becoming popular quickly, the mobile search has been the important way to get information and a hot subject of research. Based on this background, this paper obtains a theoretical model of mobile search users' continuance usage in order to reveal the microscopic mechanism of continuous use by the way of literature review and theory analysis. This model summarizes the impact of outer factors such as mobile search information system' s system quality, information quality and services quality, on user's perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation; the impact of personal characters such as self-efficacy on user's continuous use intention; the impact of facilitating conditions on continuous use behavior; and relationship between user's continuous use intention, continuous use behavior and inner factors such as satisfaction, perceived usefulness after use, expectation confirmation. All of these make the foundation for the further empirical study.
