摘要
在9度设防区对某多塔楼围合式形成的大底盘多塔楼建筑进行隔震设计时,受建筑功能限制,不能在大底盘之上设置隔震层,而是采取在大底盘下设置,目前国内尚无先例。针对大底盘下设置隔震层遇到的特殊问题作了分析探讨,提出加强隔震层楼面刚度的措施,设定罕遇地震作用下隔震层楼板不屈服的性能目标,并进行了罕遇地震作用下围合中庭楼板破坏工况的验算,确保罕遇地震作用下隔震层不破坏。
In the design of a multi-tower building with large base in area of 9 degree seismic precautionary intensity,seismic isolation layer can not be applied above the large base due to the architectural function demand,while it was applied beneath the large base,and this is unprecedented in domestic.The special issues encountered in applying seismic isolation layer below the large base were analyzed.The rigidity of seismic isolation layer floor was enhanced,and unyieldingness performance objective of seismic isolation layer under rare earthquake action was presented.The damage cases calculation were carried out to ensure no seismic isolation layer damage under rare earthquake.
