摘要
综合考虑北京奥运物流仓库工程的水文地质条件、建筑结构类型及基础形式、周围环境条件、材料供应情况、施工条件等因素,平衡各方对工程质量、工期和成本的要求,初选两种地基处理方案;运用地基基础理论进行方案设计,通过工程造价、加固机理、使用材料等技术经济指标比较,选择最佳方案。选择成桩工艺,确定施工工艺流程和质量控制要点;依据现行相关规范,结合实践经验,选用低应变反射波、单桩竖向抗压静载试验和现场观测等方法进行桩身完整性、单桩承载力及沉降效果检验,结果表明已选的方案满足设计要求。
Considering the condition of hydrogeology,structure,base,environment,material and the limit of construction time,cost and quality of Beijing Olympic Distribution Center project,two schemes of ground treatment were selected.The best scheme was chosen by means of comparing the cost,reinforce theory,material,and so on.The technological process and key points of quality control for piles were determined.Based on the current codes and practical experience,suitable methods were chosen to test the effect of ground treatment,and the results show that the selected scheme is suitable.
