Virtual Library Cluster——An Effective Form to Realizes the Trans-regional Interaction

虚拟图书馆集群是一个新概念,从字面意义上看有两层含义:一是"虚拟图书馆"的集群,二是实体图书馆的"虚拟集群"。本文的命题对这二者在本质上不作区分。重点对虚拟图书馆集群的概念分析、常见形态、组织模式、协调管理等方面进行研究和探讨。认为虚拟图书馆集群是网络条件下图书馆组织变革的一种代表模式和跨区域互动的一种有效形式。

The virtual library cluster is a new concept, from the literal sense two meanings： firstly, ＂ virtual library＂ cluster; secondly, entity library ＂virtual cluster＂. This article does not make the discrimination essentially to these two aspects. The au- thor discusses the concept , common shape , organization pattern and coordinated management of virtual library cluster and points out that the virtual library cluster is one kind of represent pattern of the library organization transform under the network condition and the effective form to realizes the trans -regional interaction.
