热镀锌钢板上掺杂硝酸铈硅烷膜的组成与性能 被引量:3

Composition and Corrosion Resistance of Cerium Nitrate-Doped Silane Coating on Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet

摘要 为提高硅烷处理膜的防护性能,采用掺杂硝酸铈硅烷处理热镀锌钢板。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光电子能谱(XPS)、加速腐蚀试验和动电位极化曲线对掺杂硝酸铈硅烷处理膜的表面形貌、成分和性能进行了研究。结果表明:掺杂硝酸铈的硅烷处理膜均匀、致密、完整,无明显微裂纹,膜中含有Zn,O,C,Ce,Si,S等元素;与铬酸盐膜和未掺杂硅烷处理膜相比,掺杂硝酸铈硅烷处理膜的耐蚀性能明显提高。 Hot-dip galvanized steel was pre-treated with silane doped with cerium nitrate.The morphology and chemical component of the cerium nitrate-doped silane coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and its corrosion resistance was evaluated by conducting accelerated corrosion test and measuring potentiodynamic polarization curve. Results show that silane coating doped with cerium nitrate is compact, homogeneous and free of tiny cracks,and mainly consists of Zn,O,C,Ce,Si and S elements.As-prepared cerium nitratedoped silane coating possessed much better corrosion resistance than chromate conversion coating and undoped silane coating.
