摘要
贻贝具有极强的水下黏附能力,其分泌的黏附蛋白能够黏附在包括聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在内的几乎所有基底材料上。贻贝不受水或者潮湿环境影响的特殊黏附性能有望指导制备新型水下黏附剂,因而引起了研究人员极大的关注。受贻贝水下黏附机理的启发,通过模仿贻贝黏附蛋白分子结构,研究人员设计制备了多种具有强黏附功能的高分子并探索了相关应用。本文主要总结了近年来仿贻贝黏附蛋白高分子研究的进展,着重介绍了合成多肽、改性聚合物以及聚多巴胺这三类仿贻贝黏附蛋白高分子的相关研究。
Marine mussels secrete special adhesive proteins which have excellent adhesive property even underwater and can attach to almost all types of surfaces, including adhesion-resistant poly (tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE). This special adhesive behavior has aroused great attention and shines light on preparation of under-water adhesives. Inspired by mussel, scientists and engineers have exploited numerous multi-functional and high-performance bio-mimic materials. In this paper,progress on the design of mussel inspired polymers including the synthesized polypeptides, adhesive groups grafted polymers and polydopamine has been reviewed,and the application of these bio-mimic polymers is also involved.
