摘要
以大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS为基础,对某款车用发动机气缸密封垫的密封性能进行了研究,通过建立三维实体模型,结构离散化,设定边界条件,在预紧状态下对气缸密封垫进行了数值计算,得到了气缸密封垫上的接触压力及压纹结构上的Von.Mises应力。结果表明:压力主要分布在气缸密封垫的压纹结构上,气缸密封垫的密封性能主要取决于螺栓预紧力与压纹结构。计算分析表明:建立的气缸密封垫模型能够满足发动机气缸密封垫的设计要求;而且密封垫的设计需要与相邻零部件的状态相匹配。
To research sealing performance of the cylinder head gasket in an automotive engine,the numerical calculation for the gasket under pre-tightened condition was performed based on the large-scale FEM software ABAQUS.By establishing 3D model,discretization of structure and setting boundary conditions,the data of contact pressure distribution and Von-Mises stress on the gasket were obtained.The results reveal that the contact pressure is mainly distributed on the embossments and the sealing effect is mainly dependent on the head bolt pre-tightening force and the embossment structure.The finite element analysis(FEA) results confirm that the cylinder head gasket design must match the adjacent part and component conditions.And the established model is proved to be able to satisfy requirements of the cylinder head gasket design.
