摘要 本文对具有胰岛素样活性的钒化合物理化性质、分布、生物体内测定方法、药代动力学、对糖尿病的治疗作用和毒性等几个方面加以阐述。 The review covers the physiochemical properties,distribution,in vivo assay,pharmacokinetics,therapeutic effects and toxicity of vanadium with insulin-mimetic activities.
