摘要
以群决策系统理论为基础,探讨了产学研联盟与群决策系统之间的"同构"性,说明要实现产学研联盟的有效性和可持续性,应以群决策系统理论为指导,构建产学研联盟的创新机制,最终目标实现区域的产业集成。
The paper discusses the same-structure between group decision system and enterprises,universities and research coalition based on group decision system,illustrates that the innovation mechanism should be constructed to realize the effectiveness and consistence of enterprises,universities and research coalition,and emphasizes that the last objective of enterprises,universities and research coalition is to realize the integrated effect of industry.
