摘要
我国食品产业在"低碳时代"将面临生产方式、企业组织和竞争力等多方面的严重挑战,同时也面临经济增长方式的转变、产业升级、企业战略转型等更多的发展机遇,通过分析得出了机遇大于挑战的结论,并针对我国食品产业现状提出了实施低碳化发展的对策。
In "low carbon era",China's food industry faces serious challenges of improving production method,enterprise organization and competitiveness,transforming economic growth mode and enterprise strategy,and carrying out industrial upgrading.It also faces greater development opportunities.By detailed analysis,the paper concludes that opportunities outweigh challenges.This article presents some countermeasures for carrying out low carbon development under the current situation of China's food industry.
