中国西部装备制造业发展的历史经验与启示

Historical Experience and Inspiration from the Development of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Western China

作为制造业的核心组成部分,装备制造业是国民经济发展特别是工业发展的基础。西部是我国重要的老工业基地,其以装备制造业为主的工业体系,历史上曾为开发西部和国防安全做出过重要贡献。目前国家正在实施"西部大开发"战略,加快西部装备制造业的发展是基础。总结归纳出西部装备制造业发展的七个历史特点和三条历史经验,在此基础上提出了对于当今西部装备制造业的发展具有一定启发意义的六条建议。

Equipment manufacturing industry,as a hard core of manufacturing industry,is the basis of national economic development,and especially the basis of industry development.The western regions of China,whose industrial systems are mainly based on equipment manufacturing industry,are important old industrial bases in China and have made great contribution to the development of the areas and national defense and security.Now the Strategy of Developing the Western Regions is pushed forward in China,in which quickening the development of equipment manufacturing industry in western China is of much importance.This paper summarizes seven historical characteristics and three experiences on the development of equipment manufacturing industry in western China.Furthermore,six suggestions are proposed.
