企业项目管理为企业获取竞争优势提供了途径,其重要性日益呈现。在国内外项目管理能力研究的对象和内容以及评价的相关文献基础之上,建立了企业项目管理能力评价体系,包含项目集成能力和企业支撑能力两部分,运用粗糙集理论提取了企业项目管理能力评价算法,并通过收集数据进行了验证与分析。

By providing channels for improving the corporate competitive advantages,enterprise project management becomes increasingly important.The paper studies domestic and foreign literature about the object,content and evaluation of project management capability,builds the body of enterprise project management capability,which includes project integration capability and enterprise support capability,takes the algorithm about evaluation of enterprise project management capability by rough set theory,analyzes the system through collecting the data.
