基于“市场失灵”理论构建浙江省建筑业产学研联盟研究

The IUR Union of Construction Industry in Zhejiang Province Based on "Market Failure"

简要回顾了国内外产学研合作理论和实践的发展;针对浙江省建筑业产学研合作现状及存在的障碍,基于"市场失灵"理论阐释了构建产学研联盟的意义;结合浙江省各地市建筑业产业集群特征,提出两种建筑业产学研联盟创新模式;分别从建筑企业、高校、研究院所、政府以及建筑行业协会等角度,提出了构建浙江省建筑业产学研联盟的对策建议。

A brief review of theory and practice at home and abroad of industry-university-research cooperation is given.According to the status and obstacles of IUR cooperation of construction industry in Zhejiang Province,the significance of IUR union is explained based on ＂market failure＂ theory.According to the construction industry cluster features around the cities in Zhejiang Province,two innovative models of IUR union of construction industry are proposed.At last,suggestions for building available IUR union of construction industry are presented in terms of construction enterprises,universities,research institutes,governments,and construction industry associations separately.
