影响服务外包承接地竞争力的因子分析——基于示范城市软件外包企业的问卷调查

Factor Analysis on Competence of Provider City of Outsourcing of Services:a Study of ITO Vendors in Demonstration City

目前,服务外包已成为我国多个地区重点发展和积极推动的产业。与国外领先外包承接地相比,无论是硬环境还是软环境我国各承接地还存在较大的差距。在文献回顾的基础上,建立了影响承接地竞争力的分析模型,并对示范城市软件外包企业进行了验证性因子分析,结果显示,"服务能力因子"、"服务成本因子"、"经营环境因子"这三个因子的共同作用影响着承接地的竞争力,在实证研究的基础上,探讨了提升承接地竞争力的有效途径。

At present,outsourcing of services has been one of the most important industries of some areas in our country.There is a large gap either in hard or in soft environment between the leaders in the world and China.The paper demonstrates that service ability factor,service cost factor and operation environment factor affect competence of provider city together through investigation of ITO vendors in demonstration city.The paper also discusses the effective approach to step up competence of provider city based on empirical research.
