摘要
专业化既指一种专门性职业既成的状态,又指某种职业发展成专业的过程。专业性是专业化科技管理队伍的本质特征。高职院校科技管理专业化的特殊性主要由高职院校科技管理的目标、组成、活动、服务对象和功能的特殊性所决定的。高职院校科技管理人员专业化是指从业人员不断达到专业标准的过程,体现出人员所达到的专业化水平与程度,其关键是管理者管理行为的专业化。高职院校科技管理人员专业化建设的对策是:建立高职学院科技管理人员的培养机制、激励机制,加强科技管理人员的业务培训和素质训练,提升科技管理人员在校企合作中的桥梁纽带作用,强化科技管理人员服务意识。
Professionalization refers not only to a specialized professional career status,but also to a process of career development.Specialized expertise is the essential characteristic of science and technology management team.Particularity of professionalization of science technology research in higher vocational and technical institutes is determined mainly by the particularity of objectives,composition,activities,services,objects and functions.Professionalization of science technology research staff in higher vocational and technical institutes refers to the process of employees meeting professional standards,and reflects the level and degree of specialization.Its key is the professionalization of management behaviors.The countermeasures for professionalization of science technology research staff in higher vocational and technical institutes are as follows：establishing training mechanism and incentive mechanism,enhancing business training and quality training,enhancing the role as a link between school-enterprise cooperation,and strengthening the awareness of science and technology management services.
