摘要
知识型员工逐渐成为企业的核心资源,然而其离职率却非常高。总结国内外相关文献,对知识型员工的离职因素进行筛理,归纳出宏观层面、社会层面、组织层面和个人层面的离职因素,其中个人层面因素又分为:工作相关层面、心理层面、个人特征。最后提出中国背景下企业应对知识型员工离职的策略,内容层面的策略:关注绩效工资、心理需求与员工成长;流程层面的策略:明确招聘指标、预测离职倾向以及避免集体离职。
The knowledge employees are becoming the core resource of enterprises.However,the turnover rate of knowledge employees is higher and higher.Through the analysis on the literatures about the causes of knowledge employees'turnover,this study concludes four dimensions of the causes:macro factors,community factors,organizational factors and individual factors which include work related factors,psychological factor and personal characters.Some strategies for the turnover are profound:content strategy that focuses on merit pay,psychological demand and employees'development;process strategy that includes choosing the indicator of recruitment,prediction of turnover intention and avoiding collective turnover.
