摘要
研究了超塑性锌铝合金在氯化钠和硫酸钠溶液中的腐蚀速率。在铝含量为2%~18%的范围内,合金中的铝能有效提高其抗腐蚀性能。合金的耐蚀性完全由其化学成分决定,晶粒大小对其几乎没有影响。在硫酸钠溶液中,富铝相被优先腐蚀;在氯化钠溶液中,富锌相被优先腐蚀。
The corrosion rates of superplastic Zn-AI alloys in H('I and NaeSO4 solutions were studied. When AI content is in the range of 2% - 18%, adding A1 in tile alloy can increase its corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of the alloy is detemlined hy the chemical composition, the influence of the grain size is little. Al-rich phase is corroded preferentially in Na2S(/~ solution, and Zn rich phase is corroded preferentially in NaCI solution.
