摘要
以聚氨酯乳液作为基料,纳米碳酸钙为填料,制备了一种新型水性可剥离保护涂料。研究了纳米碳酸钙对涂层性能的影响,当其加入量为2%时,涂层可剥离性最佳。此时涂层平均拉伸强度达5.74MPa,平均断裂伸长率达259.03%,表明该可剥离保护涂料具有良好的可剥离性能。
A new water-based strippable protecting coating was prepared with polyurethane emulsion and nanCaCO3. The influence of nano-CaCO3 on the coating was studied. When the dosage of nano-CaCO:3 was 2%, the coating had the best strippable performance. The average tensile strength and average elongation at the break point of the coating was 5. 74 MPa and 259. 0300 respectively, indicating that this protective coating has good strippable performance.
