摘要
目的探讨克林沙星与5种抗生素对鸡致病性大肠埃希菌体外联合抗菌效果。方法采用微量稀释法和棋盘法,测定了克林沙星和甲氧苄啶(TMP)分别与磷霉素钠、头孢拉定、哌拉西林、痢菌净和多黏菌素5种抗菌药物的联合用药对鸡致病性大肠埃希菌和标准质控菌(ATCC25922)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及分级抑菌浓度(FIC)指数。结果分别得到7种抗生素对鸡致病性大肠埃希菌的MIC值,显示均有抗菌效能;在鸡致病性大肠埃希菌的体外抗菌效果中,克林沙星与磷霉素钠、多黏菌素和痢菌净联合用药表现为协同作用,与哌拉西林为相加作用,与头孢拉定为无关作用;TMP与多黏菌素和痢菌净为协同作用,与磷霉素钠和头孢拉定为相加作用,与哌拉西林为无关作用。结论该体外研究为临床合理应用克林沙星提供了试验依据。
Objective To explore the experimental bacteriostasis about clinafloxacin combined with five antibiotics against E. coli in vitro. Methods The experimental bacteriostasis about the clinafloxacin or TMP with fosfomycin sodiu(FOM), cefradine, piperacillin, mequindox and bacillosporin against E. coli from avian and ATCC25922 were tested in vitro with microdilution method and checkerboard method, and the FIC was calculated. Results The experiment obtained the MIC of 5 antibiotics which have antibacterial effect. From the combination susceptibility test, clinafloxacin with FOM, bacillosporin or mequindox was joint action, clinafloxacin with piperacillin was joint action. TMP with bacillosporin or mequindox was joint action, TMP with cefradine or FOM was additive action. Conclusion This jiont bacteriostasis was warranted for the application in clinic.
