摘要
动态水力旋流器具有分离效率高、压力损失小、处理量及处理量变化范围大等优点,是近年来研究比较多的除尘和油水分离设备。本文基于计算流体力学原理,利用流体力学FLUENT对中心进料式动态水力旋流器内部流场进行了研究和分析。通过模拟,可以准确地反映流场内部情况,从而对动态水力旋流器的分离效果及其性能进行预测并指导设计旋流器结构,为动态水力旋流器的优化设计提供依据。
Dynamic Hydrocyclone has many advantages such as high separation efficiency,low pressure loss,large work capacity and capacity changes in range.And it has been mostly studied for dust removal and oil-water separation in recent years.Based on the principle of Computational Fluid Dynamics,the inner flow field of Central Feed-in Dynamic Hydrocyclone is researched and analysed by using FLUENT of the hydrodynamics.Through the simulation,the results can accurately reflect the internal situation of the flow field,thus predict the separation effect and properties of the Dynamic Hydrocyclone,and guide the design of the hydrocyclone in structure.It provides a basis for optimal design of the Dynamic Hydrocyclone.
