肾肿物穿刺活检指征的研究近况
摘要
目前，肾肿物术前穿刺活检诊断主要用于除外一些不以手术为首选治疗方式的疾病，包括脓肿等感染灶、肾外肿瘤的转移灶以及淋巴瘤，也用于已经播散转移的肾癌或难以切除的腹膜后肿物，明确诊断及组织学分型，以指导靶向治疗等。此外，射频消融和冷冻等微创治疗已成为治疗肾脏小肿物的可选方式，而在这些治疗方案中，活检成为治疗前明确组织学诊断的惟一方法。
