摘要
对TiMo合金进行不同温度固溶处理,研究组织演变规律、硬度随温度的变化规律及其再结晶温度。结果表明:从750℃到820℃固溶,硬度呈现降低-升高-降低的变化规律;3%的α相含量与平均晶粒尺寸31.8μm的β晶粒混合组织形态具有硬度最小值(251.8 HV5);合金的相变点为790~800℃;合金再结晶起始温度为760℃,完全再结晶温度为770℃。
The rules of microstructure evolution and hardness variation vs temperature and recrystallization temperature of Ti-Mo alloy were studied through solution treatment at different temperatures.The results show that the hardness of Ti-Mo alloy has the rule of low-high-low variation from 750 ℃ to 820 ℃.The mixed microstructure of 3% α phase content and β grains of average grain size 31.8 μm,has the minimum hardness,251.8 HV5.The phase transition temperature of Ti-Mo alloy is 790-800 ℃.The starting and ending temperatures of recrystallization are 760 ℃ and 770 ℃.
