摘要
回顾我国心脑血管病防治工作状况,阐述循证医学和卫生经济学的指导意义,提出创建符合我国国情,以人为中心、高效、易推广的心脑血管病防治新模式,这是我国进行人群心脑血管病防治的重要手段。
The status of cardio-cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment in China was reviewed. And significance of guiding by evidence-based medicine and health economics was introduced. Based on which, new mode of cardio-cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment was put forward to applied in mass group, which should be accordance with Chinese status, and been characterized as people-oriented, efficient, and easy to be popularized.
