建立国家基本药物制度可以保障群众的基本用药需求,促进合理用药。社区医务工作者对国家基本药物制度的认知及应用水平直接影响着基本药物在城市的推行效果。为了推动国家基本药物制度的进一步完善和实施,本研究所设计调查问卷,用于了解社区卫生服务机构医生对国家基本药物制度的知识、态度和行为现状。文章就问卷的设计思路和内容作一介绍。

National System for Basic Pharmaceuticals can ensure the people＇s basic needs for medicines and promote its rational use. The status of related knowledge and practice of medical professionals in communities directly influence the implementation of essential medicine. In order to promote the National System for Basic Pharmaceuticals, questionnaire was designed to explore the status of doctors＇ KAP of the National System for Basic Pharmaceuticals in community health service institutions. The idea and content of designing the questionnaire were discussed.
