摘要
通过建立职工监督、双向监督、患者监督、重点监督和社会监督等院内外多方面多层次多渠道的监督体系,将医疗行业"潜规则"暴晒在严密的监督之下,及时整改"潜规则"可能导致的问题,对遏制"潜规则"起到较好作用。
Through the establishment of the multi-level multi-channel monitoring system by staff supervision ,two-way monitoring,patient monitoring, key monitoring, and social supervision, it makes the medical industry ＂hidden rules＂ under the strict supervision and timely rectifies the potential problems caused by ＂hidden rules＂, thus it plays a better role in containing the ＂hidden rules＂.
