Surveying the regional holistic healthcare reform solution with questionnaires

为求解决当前"看病贵、看病难"的矛盾,我们设计了区域整体医疗的解决方案,以信息技术整合区域内所有医疗机构成为一个整体,共享医疗资源,从而有效缓解看病难、看病贵的矛盾。为了了解该方案实施对普通病人可能产生的影响和病人的接受度,我们在仁济医院做了大样本的问卷调查,从结果来看,医院病人大多数为对费用相对较敏感的工薪阶层,当前看病难的现象确实存在且矛盾集中在等候时间长和就诊时间短,如果实行区域整体医疗能够为病人节约大量的医疗费用和就医的方便,能够为政府合理而有效配置医疗资源提供可能,从问卷调查结果来看,普通病人还是相当欢迎这种解决方案,体现出区域整体医疗在解决看病贵、看病难问题的宗旨。

In order to solve the problem of＂the Medical Treatment Difficult and Expensive Medical Treatment＂ ,the regional holistic heahhcare reform solution was designed ,which integrated all the regional medical resources by IT technology, so that all kind of medical resources can be shared among all the hospitals. In order to study the effect of this solution on patients and their acceptance ,research was conducted in Renji Hospital with a large sample questionnaire. The result showed that,most of patients were working-class being sensitive to cost. The difficulty of seeing doctors do exist and focus on long time for waiting but less time for diagnosing and treating. Once the regional holistic heahhcare solution is implemented,it would save the cost of medical payment, provide convenient medical services, and help the government allocate medical resources more effectively, which would be accepted by the patients.
