Empirical research on medical personnel training of national key disciplines

国家临床医学重点学科是为了适应国家经济建设、社会发展、科技进步及人们卫生服务需要建立的骨干学科体系,有利于凝练学科方向、优化学科条件、提升学科水平、锻造学科队伍,对培养高素质医学人才具有重要的战略意义。文章以天津医科大学第一临床学院神经外科国家重点学科人才培养为实证,分析了医学国家重点学科在医学人才培养中的重要意义及有效方法。

National Key Disciplines of Clinical Medicine are the backbone of the health service disciplinary system, which are built to meet the development of national economic construction, social development, science and technology progress, and people＇s needs of health service. It is conducive to focus on academic attention, to optimize the subject conditions, and to enhance the academic level, to forge multidisciplinary teams, which has strategic significance for the cultivation of high-quality medical personnel. In this paper,we took the personnel training of National Key Discipline of Neurosurgery in the First Clinical College of Tianjin Medical University as a demonstration,to analyze the significance of national key disciplines in the cultivation of medical personnel, and effective methods for medical personnel training.
