乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检现状及值得注意的问题

摘要 自从Hasteld创建乳腺癌根治术，乳腺癌的外科治疗已经经历了100多年。随着对乳腺癌生物学特性研究和认识的深入、早期病人的比例增加，手术由根治术到改良根治术，并过渡到乳腺部分切除（保乳手术）。乳腺癌的外科治疗理念也已经从最大的可耐受切除转变为最小的有效治疗。近20年来，围绕乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结外科处理正经历着一场革命——腋窝前哨淋巴结活检技术，
