摘要
中医文献中包括相当一部分具有重要价值的医案,正确认识与利用这些医案对于今日我们传承学术、指导临床、提高疗效都有着重要的意义。笔者通过分析中医医案特点、考查医案与其他类文献的关系,在此基础上探讨中医医案的各类研究方法。
TCM literature contains a great number of valuable medical cases.It is of great significance for us to pass down TCM theory,guide clinical treatment and improve curative effect by taking good use of these medical cases.Based on the characteristics of TCM medical cases and relations between these cases and other type of literature,kinds of study methods of TCM medical cases were discussed.
