76例支原体肺炎儿童舌象特征分析

TCM Signature Analysis of Tongue Manifestation of 76 Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的:研究小儿支原体肺炎中医证候的舌象规律。方法:应用DS01舌象采集分析系统采集分析76例MPP患儿的舌象,研究不同中医证型MPP患儿的舌象特征。结果:MPP急性期风热闭肺证、痰热闭肺证的舌象主要为红/绛舌,苔色黄,苔质厚腻。恢复期痰瘀互阻证出现黯红舌、淡紫舌,脾虚痰蕴证为淡红舌,苔色变浅,苔质变薄。结论:MPP患儿舌苔对辨别邪正盛衰,病势进退有重要意义,对准确辨证,判断疾病转归预后有重要参考价值。

Objective：Study on the tongue manifestation rules of TCM syndroms of MPP.Methods：Application DS01 tongue acquisition and analysis system collected and analyzed tongue image of 76 children with MPP,study tongue manifestation characteristics of MPP with different TCM syndroms.Results：The tongue color of MPP at acute stage are main of red or scarlet,with yellow and thick greasy coating,while recovery tongue color appear dark red or pink,the coating turned lighter and thinner.Conclusion：The tongue manifestation of MPP patients is significant to differentiate the excess and weakness of pathogen and vital Qi,advance and retreat of the condition.The tongue color parameters are valuable to accurate differentiation and determine the prognosis of disease.
