毓麟珠加味治疗子宫内膜过薄性不孕30例临床观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察应用毓麟珠加味对子宫内膜(Endometrium,En)过薄性不孕者治疗作用。方法:30例En过薄性不孕者,应用毓麟珠加味治疗,从月经周期(MC)第5天开始服用,连服10~20剂至排卵日为1个疗程,治疗3~12个疗程。结果:治愈17例,好转9例,无效4例,总有效率86.7%。结论:En<7mm的不孕患者,多由肾阳不足﹑胞宫受损兼脉络瘀滞,治以温肾壮阳,滋养精血,活血通脉,化瘀生新改善子宫微循环血量,促子宫内膜生长,改善子宫内膜的容受性,提高临床妊娠率,临床疗效满意。
