中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎的疗效观察

Clinical Research of the Clinical Effect of Treating Chronic Nephritis by Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将110例病例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均给予西医的常规治疗:低盐,低脂,优质蛋白饮食;科索亚50～100mg/次,qd;潘生丁25mg/次,Tid,强的松按1mg/kg.d,强的松使用8周后逐渐减量。治疗组加用加味二至保肾汤治疗。观察两组的临床疗效,肾功能及24h尿蛋白定量等的变化。结果:治疗组55例,完全缓解20例(36%),基本缓解17例(31%),有效11例(20%),无效7例(13%),总有效率87%;对照组55例,完全缓解11例(20%),基本缓解13例(23%),有效12例(22%),无效19例(35%),总有效率65%。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎疗效可靠,优于单纯用西药治疗,值得推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of trtating chronic nephritis by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods：110 cases were divided into the treating group and the controling group at random,which were seperately treated with the common western medicine,such as low salt,low grease,protein food of high quality,Losartan Potassium Tablets 50~100 mg one time,qd.;Dipyridamole Persantin 25 mg one time,tid.;Prednisone 1mg/kg·d and its dosage decreased after 8 weeks.The controling group were treated by adding protecting the kidney soup plus.The changes of clinical effet,the function of the kidney and the quantify of urine were observed.Results：In the 55 treating cases,20（36%）were completely relieved,17（31%）were fundamentally relieved,11（20%）were effective,7（13%） are invalid and the total effective rate is 87%.In the 55 controling cases,11（20%）were completely relieved,13（23%） fundamentally relieved,12（22%）are effective,19（35%）were invalid,and the total effective rate was 65%.The treating group was better than the controling group in clinical effect（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is good at treating chronic nephritis and better than the method of the pure western medicine,which is deserves to be applicated and disseminated.
