This paper summarized the Professor Wang Xiafang＇ s experiences on the same treatment for different disease to use Sini Powder.Based on Sini Powder,Professor Wang treated the diseases belonging to syndrome of Sini Powder which was stagnation of qi activity and the obstruction of catharsis of TCM with the modified sini Powder.It often obtains good result in climc.
