摘要
目的:观察抗磷脂冲剂对环磷酰胺所致的抗心磷脂抗体产生的影响。方法:通过建立环磷酰胺所致小鼠体内产生ACA的模型,观察中药抗磷脂冲剂对ACA的影响。结果:环磷酰胺能导致小鼠体内产生ACA,抗磷脂冲剂对环磷酰胺所致的小鼠体内ACA有明显的降低作用,并随着使用剂量的增加,小鼠体内的ACA降低效果更明显。结论:抗磷脂冲剂能够有效的降低小鼠体内的ACA水平,并抑制抗磷脂抗体的产生及其对胚胎的损害,从而达到保胎的目的。
Objective:To observe the impact of antiphospholipid granule on anti-cardiolipin antibodies induced by cyclophosphamide.Methods:With the establishment of cyclophosphamide-induced mice model in vivo ACA,to observe the effects of Antiphospholipid granules of traditional Chinese medicine on ACA.Results:Cyclophosphamide can lead to ACA production,Antiphospholipid granule has a significant role in reducing ACA,and as the dose increaing,ACA reducing effects of mice is more obvious.Conclusion:Antiphospholipid granules can effectively reduce the ACA levels in mice and inhibie Antiphospholipid antibodies and its damage to the embryo so as to achieve the objective of Preventing miscarriage
