摘要
目的:提示临床重视生脉注射液引起的不良反应。方法:报道1例52岁女性患者使用生脉注射液致白细胞升高的病例,结合临床应用并查阅文献进行分析,探讨生脉注射液致白细胞升高的原因、临床特点。结果:生脉注射液常见不良反应为过敏反应等,但白细胞升高超出正常值范围未见报道。结论:生脉注射液致白细胞升高超出正常值范围较少见,但仍应引起临床重视,以免延误患者的治疗。
OBJECTIVE： To alert clinical staff to pay attention to adverse drug reaction induced by Shengmai injection. METHODS ： 1 female patient aged 52-year-old suffered from the increase of WBC count induced by Shengmai injection was reported and analyzed, according to clinical application and literature review. RESULTS： Common adverse drug reactions induced by Shengmai injection were allergic reactions and so on. There was no report about the increase of WBC count. CONCLUSION： Although the increase of WBC count beyond normal range induced by Shengmai injection is rare in the clinic, but we should still pay attention to it, so as not to delay treatment of patients.
