Comprehension of Applying for Hospital Pharmacist Training Base

目的:为医疗机构申请住院药师培训基地提供参考。方法:通过规章制度完善、制度落实、药品色标管理、带教人员培训等几方面,回顾性总结申请住院药师培训基地过程中我部所做的各项准备工作。结果:我院申请住院药师培训基地的各项准备工作符合《住院药师培训基地体系考核指标》的要求。结论:申请住院药师培训基地的工作需结合本单位特点并严格按照基地审核要求准备。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for applying for hospitalization pharmacist base by medical institution. METHODS ： Our preparation for application of hospital pharmacist training base were summarized in respect of rules and regulations, regulations implementation, teaching staff of color code management, etc. RESULTS： Our preparation met the requirements of Examination lndex of Hospital Pharmacist Training Base System. CONCLUSION： The application for hospital pharmacist training base should be prepared on the basis of the specific characteristic of the hospital and carried out in strictly compliance with the relevant criteria.
