基础胰岛素在临床应用中的改进空间

基础胰岛素在糖尿病患者的临床治疗中已成为糖尿病管理中的重要手段。然而临床上由于基础胰岛素使用时机的选择以及剂量调整等问题,往往使其给患者带来的临床获益并不尽如人意。笔者认为基础胰岛素在临床应用中尚有较大的改进空间。本文将就这一问题进行阐述。

Basal insulin has been used in the treatment of diabetes for many years, and has become a major approach in diabetes management because of their excellent effects. However, the clinical outcome of basal insulin is not always as satisfactory as our expected results due to the choice of initiation time, dose titration, and so on. The author believes there is still a great improvement space in clinical use of basal insulin, which will be discussed in this article.
