装炉方式对制冷压缩机用铁基阀板烧结变形的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF LOADING METHOD ON FLATNESS OF IRON-BASED REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR VALVE PLATE

摘要 利用网带式烧结炉烧结制备了制冷压缩机用铁基阀板,研究了阀板装炉量、炉内摆放位置及摆放顺序等装炉方式对阀板烧结变形的影响。结果表明:将装炉量为一排的阀板按AABB面交替摆放,在炉膛中间位置烧结后,平面度最大值为0.16 mm,与其他装炉方式相比达到最小;此类阀板经精整后,平面度的最大值为0.08 mm,与烧结后相比平均减小53.10%。 Iron-based valve plates used in refrigeration compressor were sintered in Net-belt type sintering furnace.Influences made by of loading capacity,locating place and the order of sintering process on distortion of valve plate was investigated.Result shows that,valve plates sintered in alternately orders of single row,at the middle of furnace chamber,have the minimum flatness of 0.16 mm at most,compared with other loading methods.The flatness of this kind of valve plate is 0.08 mm at most after being finished,which redues 53.10% from sintered condition.
