摘要
将具有吸音性能的蛭石粉作为填料,利用胶原纤维与植物纤维混合制备吸音纸,研究蛭石粉对吸音纸物理特性和吸音性能的影响,并分析纸页结构形态对吸音性能的影响。结果表明:蛭石粉的用量保持在15%左右,纸页性能变化较小;而且蛭石粉可以改善纸页的吸音性能,纸页结构更均匀,使其吸音性能稳定。
A new sound-absorbing paper was manufactured by using collagen fibers and plant fibers, sound-absorbing vermiculite powder as filler. The effects of the vermiculite powder on the paper physical characteristics and sound-absorbing efficiency were studied, and the effects of the paper structure on the sound-absorbing efficiency were discussed. The research results indicated: when the amount of vermiculite powder was about 15%, the paper performance was stable. Adding vermiculite powder could improve the sound-absorbing performance and make the paper structure uniformity, so the sound-absorbing ability becomes stable.
