Chinese people have known Inamori Kazuo well through medium and best-sellers. This dissertation discusses management philosophy from the newly published The Way of Life：Self-examination, analyzes the effects of home education and local culture on Inamori＇ s growth and explains the meaning of Inamori Kazuo＇ s management philosophy for the current Chinese society.
