摘要
1临床资料患者,男,55岁,因＂咳嗽、咳痰1月,眼睑下垂、四肢乏力伴呼吸困难2 d＂于2010年1月12日来我院就诊。患者1月前感冒受凉后出现咳嗽、咳痰,无明显肢体无力及呼吸困难,近2 d家属发现其双侧眼睑下垂，
