All-on-4种植即刻固定修复无牙颌的围手术期护理配合研究

Clinical study on practical nursing during immediate implantation to rehabilitate the edentulous jaws with All-on-4 implant

目的探讨即刻种植固定修复无牙颌种植外科技术中护理技术要点,护理管理流程,以提高手术的成功率。方法 选择24例无牙颌患者行A ll-on-4种植手术,种植体植入当天完成固定修复。所有病例均采用口腔种植专业围手术期无菌护理管理及口腔种植护理技术,并进行相应的无菌测试检测及护理效果评估。结果 24例患者(其中上颌为5例,下颌为12例,全口无牙为7例),共植入124枚种植体,愈合期间无种植体感染脱落,无交叉感染发生。每月定期无菌检测结果显示整个手术流程细菌菌落培养结果符合国家标准。护理效果评估结果显示21例患者对整个护理程序非常满意,3例满意。结论专业的护理配合与手术管理是即刻修复无牙颌种植手术成功的保障,而专业化的护理技术与管理能有效提高患者满意度,保障治疗的成功率。

Objective To evaluate the key points of nursing management and technique during ＂All-on-4＂ implant operation and its clinical results.Methods Twenty-four full edentulous patients underwent ＂All-on-4＂ implant insertion surgery from January 2009 to November 2010,and the acrylic complete-arch prostheses were delivered on the operation day.Surgical care management was given peri-operatively according to the specificity of implantology,and sterility test was applied regularly.Patient satisfaction to the perioperative care was evaluated in the study.Results A total of 124 implants were placed in the 24 patients（5 with maxilla edentulous,12 mandible edentulous and 7 full jaw edentulous） immediately on the operation day..The results of the sterility test fit the National specifications.Conclusion Professional nursing management and surgical care techniques can predictably provide security and high patient satisfaction during implant operation for immediate loading edentulous arches.
