黑龙江省农田水利建设信息化应用现状及存在的问题

Applications and Existing Problems of Information in Agriculture and Water Conservancy Construction in Heilongjiang Province

农业信息化是农业现代化发展的必然要求,农业信息化对促进农业发展有着重要的现实意义。综述了农田水利基本建设信息化的应用现状,指出农田水利建设信息化的应用效果,包括:改变了传统信息报送手段,提高了信息传递的效率和准确性,为农田水利建设中的数据传输和管理工作提供了一个信息化的平台,为分析研究问题、制定阶段发展目标和政府决策提供了科学依据等。最后分析了当前面临的实际问题,并针对信息化意识、质量、人才培养和软硬件设备方面的实际问题提出对策。

The informatization of agriculture is the essential requirement for the modernization of agricultural development,which is also have an important practical meaning for agricultural improving.The application status in the informatization of fundamental construction in farmland water conservancy was presented,and the application effects were pointed out,in cluding altering the traditional information dissemination method and improving the transfer e^ciency and accuracy,which supplies an informatization platform for the data transmission and management and offers a scientific basis for problem solving, target making and government decision. At last, a practical problem facing today was analyzed, aiming at some real problems in the informatization awareness, qualities, personnel training and software and hardware device,countermeasures were proposed.
