摘要
研究将物理、化学及生物等方法相结合用以马铃薯淀粉废水处理。经过蛋白质沉淀、加热、离心、脱色、过滤等物化处理后,再利用葡萄糖氧化酶将马铃薯淀粉废水进行生物酶降解反应。实验得出最优反应条件:马铃薯淀粉废水在pH4.0条件下蛋白沉淀、80℃加热、加入1%活性炭脱色,化学需氧量(COD)下降约30%,理化方法处理后水样接近无色透明状。pH6.0、温度40℃下利用葡萄糖氧化酶进行酶解反应,其还原糖含量下降约90%,而化学需氧量(COD)下降约85%。
Waste water from the potato starch production was treated by combination of physical-chemical and biological methods.After a series of physical-chemical treatment which included protein precipitation,heating,centrifugation,decolorization,and filtration,the waste water was treated by using biological enzyme glucose oxidase.The result demonstrated that under pH 4.0 protein precipitation,80°C heating,decolorization using 1% active carbon,about 30% COD of the waste water was removed and its appearance was very transparent as clear water.After enzyme degradation by enzyme glucose oxidase under pH 6.0 and 40°C,its sugar was degraded nearly 90%,and the COD was further removed approximately 85% from the initial waste water.
