摘要
利用响应曲面法优化AB-8大孔吸附树脂对马齿苋多糖溶液的脱色工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,选取AB-8大孔吸附树脂用量、脱色温度和脱色时间3因素3水平进行响应面分析,建立马齿苋多糖溶液脱色率的二次多项数学模型。在分析各因素的显著性后,得5mg/mL马齿苋多糖溶液脱色工艺的最佳条件为:AB-8大孔吸附树脂用量为60g/L、脱色时间为207min、脱色温度为50℃,在此条件下,马齿苋多糖溶液脱色率为74.25%。
Response surface analysis was applied to optimize the decoloration technology of polysaccharides from Portulace oleracea L.by using AB-8 macroporous resin.On the basis of one-factor experiments,the Box-Behnken center-united experimental design principles were used to design the experiments and the response surface analysis of 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted.A second order quadratic equation for decoloration of polysaccharides was built.After analysed the significance of various factors,the optimal decoloration conditions of 5 mg/mL polysaccharides solution are concluded as follows:the amount of AB-8 macroporous resin is 60 g/L,decoloration time is 207 minutes,decoloration temperature is 50 ℃.Under the optimal conditions,the decoloration rate of polysaccharides is up to 74.25%.
